Em primeiro lugar, quem tenha lido a nota do sr. Reinaldo, que nos acusa levianamente de embusteiros, mecânicos e outros epítetos e se atente à lógica em que este senhor se fundamenta para lançar tais pechas, comprovará que essa "dialética" não passa de silogismo, ou seja, daquilo que se convenciona de lógica formal e mecânica, pois qual o fundamento que o leva à conclusão de que o Congresso de Refundação do PCML, trata-se de um Congresso de embusteiros, falsários etc.? Do mesmo modo, pergunta-se: qual a base de raciocínio de nosso "crítico e desmascarador" "dialético" para concluir que o nosso raciocínio em torno do Editorial da edição de 15 a 20 de março de 2000:"O Congresso de Refundação do Partido Comunista", trata-se de uma aplicação mecânica, etc.?

Ora, se nos apoiarmos na nota escrita pelo nosso "dialético", veremos que ele parte da seguinte lógica: não pode haver Congresso de Refundação do PC no Brasil porque este Partido já existe, este Partido é o PC do B, logo somos um "Congresso de Embusteiros", raciocina nosso detrator. Vemos, pois, que sua lógica não passa de lógica formal e mecânica, isto é, por isso logo aquilo. Diante deste flagrante modo mecânico de pensar, pergunta-se: quem são na verdade, os embusteiros? Os mecanicistas, etc., etc.? Nós que, diante de todo o processo histórico de divisão vivido em todo o movimento comunista internacional, de modo geral e no Brasil, em particular, após o XX Congresso do PCUS, afirmamos que a superação de tal situação, objetiva e concreta, está nos esforços de Refundação do Partido e do Movimento Comunista, tendo por base de princípios o Marxismo Revolucionário, isto é, o Marxismo-Leninismo; ou, como prefere nosso detrator, acreditar que esta crise no Brasil não existe ou foi superada, somente porque na cabeça de nosso detrator, o partido comunista existe, porque existe o PC do B?

É evidente que nenhum dirigente comunista, no plano internacional, ou mesmo jovem comunista em nosso país desconhece a trágica história dos comunistas nas últimas quatro décadas, em especial, a que vivemos durante o período de luta armada e ditadura no país. Aqui, no Brasil, além de sofrer o mesmo processo de divisão do movimento Comunista, decorrente das resoluções do XX Congresso do PCUS, aliás período em que se formou a dissidência do PC do B dentro do histórico PCB, vivemos também todo um processo de divisão diante da decisão de qual a forma mais eficaz para derrotar a ditadura que se instalara em nosso país em 1964. O mundo inteiro sabe bem desta história e não necessitamos, aqui, repisar a história e sua dialética. Ora, seria muita ingenuidade, para não falarmos em embuste, mau-caratismo em política e distorções mecânicas dos fatos, desconhecer tal processo e sair afirmando em todo o mundo que, no Brasil, existe um único Partido Comunista e que este Partido é o PC do B. Se é assim, pergunta-se: e o que foi feito das outras partes do Partido, que foram se formando como desmembramento nesta conjuntura sui generis? Desapareceram todas? Ora, na própria nota de nosso detrator, ele é obrigado a reconhecer outra agremiação partidária que, aliás, ipsis literis, tem o mesmo objetivo, método de trabalho, ou seja, um setor que se autodenomina PCB. Mas, o que mais estarrece em toda a formulação dialética de nosso detrator é ele esquecer da última cisão histórica no Partido Comunista Brasileiro, fundado em 1922; que foi com a saída de Prestes, herói nacional e líder comunista revolucionário inconteste, durante 4 décadas seguidas, deste Partido.

Finalmente, contra a lógica de nosso embusteiro das Relações Internacionais do PC do B está a própria história do PC do B, que há muito perdeu o caráter de princípios que justificou sua cisão com o Partido Comunista, o histórico PCB, pois no curso desta é necessário  explicar porque iniciou dando "loas" aos maoísmo e a "guerra popular prolongada", que levou à morte a cerca de 70 quadros do Partido, no que se convencionou chamar de Guerrilha do Araguaia, dentre os quais, destaca-se Maurício Grabois, que era dirigente histórico do Partido, como explica seu abandono do maoísmo e ingresso do albanismo de Enver Hosha, período em que a ditadura assassinava outros quadros históricos, como Pedro Pomar, Angelo Arroyos, Drummond, Lincoln Oest, Danielle, etc., tendo a recomposição de todos os seus quadros, especialmente de direção, a partir da AP (Ação Popular) - de origem da Igreja católica - e que hoje domina o Partido (Rabello, Haroldo Lima, Aldo Arantes...); por último, explicar como o Partido que durante ainda os primeiros anos da década de 80 defendia Savimbi e sua UNITA, em Angola, e denunciava a "presença imperialista de Cuba e dos soviéticos" que defendiam uma revolução naquele país.

Mas, diante de tudo isso, o que se poderia esperar do conteúdo de uma nota de alguém que raciocina com chavões do tipo: "extrair soluções de situações singulares para aplicar em situações gerais", como suporte lógico de análise dialética; ou o que se poderia ainda esperar de alguém que afirma que o PC do B é o Partido Comunista Marxista-Leninista no Brasil, "porque está presente em mais de 1.000 municípios, tem 7 parlamentares federais, e tantos outros parlamentares estaduais, participa em mais de 100 administrações e tem 20% da maior central sindical do Brasil"?

Esta lógica indicaria os partidos reformistas que estão em composição com o governo em países capitalistas como os maiores do mundo. No que se refere a Cuba, China, Vietnã e Coréia, países que se constróem no sentido do comunismo, estes não podem ser referência ao PC do B, pois nestes países a história indica que o modo com que tais partidos chegaram à condição de vanguarda e de reconhecimento enquanto Partido Comunista foi a Revolução e não o processo eleitoral.

E, agora, pergunta-se: será que poderíamos chamar de Partido Comunista Marxista-Leninista um partido que em suas resoluções afirma que a tese do Partido único e da ditadura do proletariado são frases do passado e que o socialismo a ser aplicado no Brasil é o socialismo que se componha com a livre iniciativa e o mercado capitalista, ou seja, o socialismo de mercado? Mas a resposta a estas perguntas e a estes questionamentos é o nosso próprio detrator ao afirmar em seus arroubos ufanistas do PC do B: o maior e melhor, ao deixar escapar o PC do B do Socialismo renovado (o que nos lembra o socialismo da Perestroika e da Glasnost).

Ora, e poderia se esperar outra coisa do grupo da AP que se apropriou da direção de cisão do PC do B e, a partir deste, passa a falar de Guerrilha do Araguaia, de luta armada, de coisas que nunca viveu ou sequer participou. E por falar em AP, aqui nos vem outro questionamento, ou seja, até que ponto todo o discurso ufanista, legalista e subjetivista de nossos detratores tem em comum com o governo de traição nacional e de embuste democrático e social-democrata do sr. FHC e seu grupo da também AP (Serra, Serjão...); afinal, quem são os embusteiros? Nós ou o grupo da AP que está no governo e na direção do PC do B?

Urged by our Congress of Refoundation of the Communist Party in Brazil, under the marxism-leninism principles, but not forgetting to reply the clear insult and mediocre note of Mr. José Reinaldo Carvalho, member of the PC do B Central Comittee Secretary, responsible for all foreign affairs, we have prepared the following statements about the subject and character of the very note.

Firstly, anyone who have attempted to read Mr. Reinaldo's note, who acuses us of being "fakers", mechanical and other things, and have thoroughly payed attention to the logic on which this sir bases his arguments to launch such lies, will be sure that this "dialetic" is nothing more than "silogism", that is, nothing more than mechanical and formal logic, because, what are the reasons that took him to claim that the Congress of Refoundation of the PCML is about a Congress of fakers etc.? In the same way, we ask: what's the train of thought of our "dialetical" criticizer so that he can conclude the thought expressed in our Editorial, of the 15th/20th March issue, "The Congress of Refoundation of the PCML, is about a mechanical application etc.? If we base ourselves on his note, we'll see that he departs from the following logic: there can not be any Congress of Refoundation of the Communist Party in Brazil, because this Party exists already, this Party is the PC do B, soon we are a "bunch of fakers", he thinks. We see that his logic is nothing but a formal logic: this is that because of that. Facing this, we ask: who are the fakers for real, the mechanicals, etc.? We that, in front of all this historical process of division lived all over the international communist movement, in a whole and here in the country, just after the XX Congress of the PCUS, state that the only way of overcoming such situation, objectively, is refounding the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party, basing our actions on the principles of the revolutionary marxism, that is, Marxism-Leninism, or, as our criticizer declares, to believe that this crisis does not exist in Brazil or has been overcome, only because the communist party exists on Mr. Reinaldo's mind, because the PC do B exists?

It is clear that no communist director, internationally speaking, or even a young communist in our country, does not know the tragical history of the communists during the last 4 decades, specially the one we lived along the period of armed fight and military dictatorship in the country. Here in Brazil, in spite of suffering the same process of division of the communist movement, due to the resolutions of the XX Congress of the PCUS (by the way, that's when the PC do B started to take shape, coming out of the historical PCB), lived through a process of total division when of the decision of what form would be more efficient to defeat the dictatorship that went to power in 1964. The whole world knows this history very well and we don't need, here, to re-state History and its Dialetic. It would be of such naïvety, not to mention fake, political badness, not to know this process and go on spreading all over the world that, in Brazil, there's only one Communist Party and that this Party is the PC do B. If that's to be the case, we ask: what have been done of the other parts of the Party, the ones taking shape as the Party splitted in this sui generis conjecture? Are they all gone? In the very note, written by our criticizer, he is compelled to admit another Party group that, by the way, ipsis literis has the same goal, working method, a sector that is named PCB. But what startles us the most in the dialetical formulation of our criticizer is that of him forgetting of the last time the Brazilian Communist Party, founded in 1922, set apart; the time when Prestes, national heroe and communist revolutionary leader for four decades in a row, left this Party.

Finally, against the logic of this faker, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the PC do B, stands the very history of the PC do B, which has lost the principles that led the Party to end up splitting from the old PCB, the historical PCB, because in the way of it, it's necessary to explain why it has sarted greeting the maoism and the everlasting popular war, causing the death of about 70 squares of the Party - among them Maurício Grabois, who was a historical leader of the Party - and how does it explain forgetting the maoism and then preaching Enver Hosha's albanism, which is a period when dictatorship would kill other historical squares, such as Pedro Pomar, Angelo Arroyos, Drummond, Linclon Oest, Danielle, etc., building its new squares, specially the directory, coming out of the AP (Popular Action) - that had Catholic origins - and that nowadays takes hold of the Party (Rabello, Haroldo Lima, Aldo Arantes...); at last, how to explain why the Party, during the first years of the 80's, would deffend Savimbi and his UNITA, in Angola, and denounced "the imperialist presence of Cuba and that of the soviets" that deffended a revolution in that country.

Nevertheless, what could be expected from a note of someone who thinks like: "extract solutions out of single situations to be applied to general situations", as a logic support of dialectical analysis; what to expect of someone that claims the PC do B to be the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party in Brazil, "because it is present in more than 1000 cities, has 7 federal congressmen and so many others estate congressmen, takes part in 100 administrations and has got 20% of the biggest trade union centrality in Brazil"?

This logic would indicate the reformist parties compounding the government in capitalistic countries as the greatest ones in the world. As for Cuba, China, Vietnam and Korea, countries that are linked by communism, these can not be reference to the PC do B, for in these countries History indicates that the way such parties have reached the front and how they gained recognition, was the Revolution, not the election process.

And now, we ask: would it be possible to call a Party Marxist-Leninist Communist Party when its resolutions affirm the thesis of the unique Party and the Proletariat Dictatorship are phrases of the past and that the socialism to be applied here in Brazil is the socialism that preaches the free capitalistic market, that is, the market socialism? But the answer to these questions is our very criticizer when he talks about the ufanist PC do B: the greatest and the best, letting the PC do B of the Renewed Socialism escape (what reminds us of the Perestroika and Glasnost socialism).

What else could be expected of the AP group which took hold of the ceasing direction of the PC do B and, departing from it, starts to talk about the Araguaia  Guerrilla, about armed fight, about things they never lived through or even took part of. And, talking of the AP, here we bring another question: what does all this legalist and subjectivist, ufanist speech of our criticizers have in common with the government of national traitors and of fake democracy of Mr. FHC and his counterparts of the, also, AP (Serra, Serjão...); after all, who are the fakers? Us or the AP group that's in the government and in the PC do B direction?
